Game classes
There are various professions in the game. The characters can choose a profession, depending on their race.
Lance can become a crusader, voyager or sharpshooter.
Phyllis can become a cleric, seal master, voyager or sharpshooter.
Ami can become a cleric, seal master or voyager.
Karsise can become a champion.
To get a profession, you do not need to complete any quests. Just talk with NPC Job Advancer in Argent City (2205, 2793) and choose the necessary first and second professions. Obtaining the first profession is available from the Lv10. Obtaining a second profession is available from Lv40.
Skills
To learn certain skills, you do not need to spend any points on passing skills! Lvl up only those skills that you need!
For profession changing you need to buy from IM:
Champion certificate, 
Crusader certificate, 
Sharpshooter certificate,
Cleric certificate, 
Seal Master certificate,
Voyager certificate. You need to buy certificate then go to Treasure Isle (600, 953) and talk with NPC Wu-Lin. You need to take off all equipment before profession changing.
